Shipping to the United States

Loosn currently offers free standard shipping to US delivery addresses. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout. Prices are in USD; any applicable taxes and duties are shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery estimates Orders are dispatched from a US fulfillment warehouse, subject to stock availability. Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days from your order, including processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Contact help@loosn.shop with delivery questions.

Tracking and delivery questions Tracking details are provided when available after dispatch. If your order is delayed or tracking has not updated, contact help@loosn.shop with your order number so we can investigate with the supplier and carrier.

Address changes and cancellations Email help@loosn.shop as soon as possible if your address is incorrect or you wish to cancel. We will check whether a change is still possible before fulfillment. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
